"Mr Perlman forms an integral part of our Heads of Mission Training
Programme, as he has not only the natural talent but also the in-depth
knowledge pertaining to domestic and international issues necessary to equip
our newly appointed Heads of Mission for their postings abroad."
"The module he usually presents (interviewing and teaching the art and skills
of how to manage such interviews) is highly effective and the feedback that
we always receive is extremely positive. Having been successfully
interviewed by Mr Perlman on TV is always seen as a "highlight" for future
ambassadors as they use this interview as a benchmark for their future
"failure or successes"."
